We’re proud to deliver across India through our trusted logistics partner, Shiprocket, ensuring your sneakers reach you quickly and safely.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During high-volume periods (sales, launches, or festivals), processing may take slightly longer.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number.


Shipping Partners

All deliveries are handled by Shiprocket and its courier network (including BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and others).
We ship across all major Indian pin codes.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 4–7 business days

  • Other regions: 5–10 business days

  • Remote or rural areas: up to 14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics or weather conditions.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • A small delivery fee may apply to orders below ₹999 or to COD orders (if available).

  • Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can also track your package anytime on Shiprocket’s tracking portal using your tracking number.


Address Accuracy

Ensure your shipping address, contact number, and pin code are entered correctly at checkout.
2XY will not be responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to unavailability or wrong address, the courier may make another attempt or mark the order as “undeliverable.”
In such cases, your order may be returned to us, and reshipping fees may apply.


Shipping Delays and Force Majeure

2XY and Shiprocket are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays.


International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
International shipping options will be available soon.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at official@2xy.com.
We’ll work with Shiprocket to locate your package or arrange a replacement/refund.
