Return Window
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and unwashed.

Returned in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and labels.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
Certain conditions apply:

Used, worn, or damaged sneakers are not eligible.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
How to Initiate a Return

Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

Reason for return
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.
Please note: Returns must be shipped to the following address:

Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at official@2xy.com with photos.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

Gift cards.

Customized or special-edition products.

Freebies or promotional items sent with purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the correct item is to place a new order once your return is accepted.
When your return arrives and is verified, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 10 business days.
